General Description:
Recently renovated, the hotel is located on the wonderful Gulf of Orosei, in the locality of Cala Ginepro, just 300 metres away from the beach. Spend your days relaxing by the hotel’s 2 swimming pools, one of which is specifically designed for children, or indulge with a dip in the jacuzzi before heading to the fully equipped beach. The harmonious building, typical of the Sardinian architectural design, features 3 separate units, very close to each other, all set in beautiful gardens. The hotel offers a range of facilities to ensure that your stay is both memorable and relaxing, these include: a play park; bar and lounge; new convention centre; unguarded outdoor car park; 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children); a jacuzzi; and a fully equipped beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds. The 144 rooms, furnished in typical Sardinian style, are equipped with all modern comforts. Almost all rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
