General Description:
Harmonious building, typical of the Sardinian architectural design, the hotel is located on the splendid gulf of Orosei, in the locality named Cala Ginepro. The complex feature two-floors buildings; its little squares, its porticos and its galleries are characterised by lovely and peaceful corners. The whole structure is set in very particular gardens surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, palm trees and olive trees. To ensure a memorable and pleasant stay, the hotel is equipped with: a play park; TV room; bar and lounge; reading room; complimentary room; unguarded outdoor car parking; and 3 swimming pools (including one for children) equipped with beach umbrellas and sun-beds. The 179 rooms are furnished in typical Sardinian style. They are equipped with all modern comforts. Almost all rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
